To have your degree posted on the calendar, please email the webmaster with the following information:
When - Time and date, candidates report time and degree start time
Where - Address and building where the degree will take place
Contact Information - Who should candidates or other councils contact for more information, name, email, and phone number. Contact MUST include the Grand Knight.
A verification email will be sent to the requestor to check for correctness.
PLEASE CONTACT THE HOST COUNCIL AT LEAST 2 DAYS PRIOR TO VERIFY THE DEGREE IS STILL TAKING PLACE!

Formation and Knighthood Degree - Chandler
Please prepare for the upcoming Formation (2nd) and Knighthood (3rd) Degrees. Here are the details.
WHERE: Chandler Hall

WHEN: Sunday, July 22, 2018
REGISTRATION BEGINS: 9:00 AM
REGISTRATION ENDS: 9:45 AM
SECOND DEGREE BEGINS: 10:00 AM
THIRD DEGREE BEGINS: Immediately following the Second Degree
REGISTRATION FEE (PER CANDIDATE): $10.00 - payable at the door
LUNCH: $7.00 - served after the Third Degree
Coffee and donuts will be available for non-candidates only.
Fr. Patterson #3121, will be the hosts for this exemplification. Please contact District Deputy Deacon Dr. Bruce Bennett 480-294-0282 or Grand Knight John Lam 480-703-5176 not later than July 18, 2018 with the number of candidates and members expected to attend from your council.
It is important to let the host council know of the number of candidates and members that will be attending.
It is very important for the candidates to be escorted by their sponsors or at least someone from their own Council, and for that person to report the new candidates’ attendance at the degree to the home Grand Knight or Fin Sec.
Candidates MUST have a current Admissions (1st) Degree Card to register. Registration and lunch fees for candidates and members will be collected at registration. Lunch tickets will be provided as appropriate. If your Council is paying for its candidates, register together so the Host Council can keep proper accounting. The Host Council must make payment of the candidate fees to the AZ State Council upon completion of the Formation Degree. Therefore, prompt payment is appreciated.
The exemplification of the Formation and Knighthood Degree is a special event; therefore, proper dress is required. Shirts with collars, slacks and shoes are appropriate. Shorts, tank tops, tee shirts, thong shoes are not acceptable dress for members or candidates.
Please advise candidates and members not to bring pagers or cell phones to the degree.
