This fraternal year (2015-2016) marks a very critical one in our attempt to save the lives of the “un-born”. The Culture of Life initiative for the Knights of Columbus Arizona State Council has very special meaning, particularly to our State Officers and Bishops of the Dioceses serving Arizona.

Celebrating a Legacy of Life: KofC Ultrasound Initiative

The Knights of Columbus Ultrasound Initiative has reached a record 600 (and counting!) donated ultrasound machines to pregnancy care-centers since the program began in 2009.
As a result, our goal is to raise funds and obtain matching funds from Supreme, to enable Fatima Women’s Center to acquire a 4D Ultra-Sound. This State wide initiative is intended to allow ALL Councils, ALL Assemblies, and all of the friends of the Culture of Life to participate as a “family saving lives”.
We are asking that each Council and Assembly donate $500 to this worthy cause. Please know that this can count towards one of the Culture of Life service activities as you strive to achieve your Star Council Award. We would ask that you reach out to any corporate donors you may have associations with to assist, as well.
We are also asking individual Brother Knights, family members, and friends of the Culture of Life to make a donation to this worthy cause. Please consider giving whatever your heart is telling you to give. Whether it is $500.00 or $25.00; every dollar will help save a life of an unborn child.

Donations can also be accepted by credit card at www.mbccf.org and click on “DONATE”. Then, click on the folder named “Donations – Pro-Life”.
This entity is a 501(c)3 and can send a tax deduction letter to all who donate. It is important to identify the Council/Assembly number on your check(s) from whom the donations are coming from.
This program started on July 11, 2015 and runs through to the end of the calendar year 2015. We would, however, like to have donations made as soon as feasible.
Again, please know that this very important contribution effort will provide us the ability to obtain matching funds from the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council, and will most importantly provide a way to save the lives of un-born children whose lives might otherwise be aborted.
